The Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise ALE-120 Key Expansion Module is a stylish accessory with colour screens that extends the functionality of Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise DeskPhones. Monitor all your customer service lines at-a-glance with up to 24 programmable hard keys with LEDs for each virtual page. Able to display up to three virtual pages, the module is connected and powered by the phone’s USB-C port or via a local power adapter. Colour screens are easy to read, and programming of keys is done electronically to simplify administration. The ALE-120 is supported on Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise DeskPhones (ALE-300, ALE-400 and ALE 500) connected to ALE communications systems using proprietary mode (NOE) or SIP.
